Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Pega) to ensure the stability and performance of critical production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain application stability, addressing potential outages and ensuring uninterrupted business operations
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and application bottlenecks, collaborating with development teams
• Provide support for production environments and participate in application release cycles, including documentation maintenance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC 8.x/24.x in production environments
• Experience implementing or supporting Pega applications in enterprise and cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Familiarity with tools such as Pega PDC, AppDynamics, and basic scripting/programming knowledge
• Solid understanding of software architecture and microservices design principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; experience in the financial services industry is a plus
