Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to core systems while enhancing code quality, testing, and design
• Facilitate technical discussions and assist in architectural decision-making
• Mentor peers and junior engineers, promoting growth and development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and shipping production software, preferably in a SaaS context
• Deep understanding of modern software engineering, performance tuning, and distributed systems
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Golang; familiarity with cloud-native tools (AWS preferred)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and advocate for simplicity in design
• Experience in mentorship and providing constructive feedback to team members
