Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of a cloud-hosted educational technology platform focused on immersive cybersecurity training.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Project Ares Range Service and its monitoring components
• Drive technical decisions and establish best practices for RESTful API development
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with at least 3 years in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Typescript and React
• Experience building RESTful APIs and understanding service-oriented design principles
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent industry experience
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines and writing automated tests
