Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Prototype) in Creative Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve software building and maintenance processes while contributing to product development
• Mentor junior engineers and lead cross-team improvements in engineering practices
• Diagnose system issues and foster a culture of observability and monitoring across teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in languages such as Haskell, Javascript, Scala, or Rust
• Experience with Git and Agile software development methods
• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms
• Ability to understand project needs and assist in planning and deadlines
• Degree in Computer Science is desirable but not essential
