Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - OpenShift Networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OpenShift networking solutions focusing on cluster ingress and DNS
• Contribute to upstream open source projects, particularly the Gateway API and its implementations
• Debug and troubleshoot complex networking issues using Linux-based tools and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in systems, networking, or platform domains
• Proficiency in Go or similar systems languages such as C/C++ or Python
• Understanding of Kubernetes networking, controllers, and APIs
• Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL/Fedora) and low-level networking concepts
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
