Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Postgres DBaaS Platform (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to develop the Postgres DBaaS platform
• Execute the technical software development strategy focusing on self-service capabilities and operational efficiency
• Build self-service features for application teams to manage their databases effectively

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of at least one modern OOP language such as C#, Go, or Python
• Deep experience in complex system design, performance tuning, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Good understanding of Postgres internals and high availability configurations
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automating software deployments
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
