Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Senior Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides input into the architecture and design of the product, collaborating with the team to solve problems effectively
• Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development while writing software and building products
• Establishes continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in a specific business domain and leadership on at least one technology stack
• Experience with full stack development, including frontends (web or mobile) and backend services
• Familiarity with 12-factor principles for application development
• Experience in coaching junior team members on various technologies and XP practices
• Proven ability to participate in iteration planning and retrospectives for continuous improvement
