Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Azure Compute team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to determine project requirements and lead the design of change management features
• Develop high-quality, maintainable code and mentor other engineers
• Support live site operations and proactively seek knowledge to improve system performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 4+ years of experience in Distributed Systems
• Ability to meet security screening requirements
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
• Preferred: 8+ years of technical engineering experience or a Master's Degree with 6+ years of experience in relevant coding languages
