Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, AI Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-impact projects within cross-functional AI squads, architecting and developing AI-native products
• Design and implement robust LLM-based solutions and define data models and integration pipelines for intelligent agents
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model evaluation and continuous improvement of AI systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in building and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Strong expertise with LLMs, natural language processing, and RAG techniques
• Hands-on experience with modern backend and frontend frameworks to deliver end-to-end AI features
• Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code and design reviews
