Senior Software Engineer (Pega)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Pega) to support and enhance production systems for Prior Authorization platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for critical business systems, ensuring uptime and performance through incident management
• Implement AI/ML-based monitoring systems to improve incident triaging and reduce influx
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI/CD and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in production support
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega with CSA and CSSA certifications
• Experience in debugging and analyzing logs using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
• Solid understanding of Oracle database and ability to write SQL queries
