Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Lead Software Engineer (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of business and technical requirements to create scalable engineering solutions
• Coordinate integration efforts between engineering, product, QA, and external partners
• Facilitate sprint planning and manage project deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Active certifications: ISC2 CISSP (or CISM or GSLC), CompTIA CySA+, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) - Java SE Programmer
• 3 years of recent experience with DoD cybersecurity software development standards and compliance frameworks
• Strong expertise in back-end development with Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js
