Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile processes and lead Scrum teams in delivering software solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a related field, with 4 years specialized in the specific subject area
• Experience facilitating agile processes and leading Scrum teams
• Deep technical knowledge of software engineering
• Expert-level knowledge in at least one technical area (frontend, backend, or infrastructure engineering)
• Prior government contracting experience is preferred
