Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams with a focus on SaaS product development
• Strong background in full-stack software development, particularly with Java
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, preferably AWS
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
