Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solution Engineer Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the NICE and Salesforce ecosystems, leveraging AI
- Build and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud components for integration with contact center platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or development focusing on NICE and Salesforce platforms
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs
- Experience with ServiceNow integration capabilities and proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms and familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities
