• Participate in roadmap definition and collaborate with product and engineering leaders
• Evaluate and shape strategic technology direction and provide recommendations to the scrum team
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to software requirements estimation and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 10+ years of software/data engineering experience
• 5+ years in a thought leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of engineering concepts, particularly in Big Data
• Experience with cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
