Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer issues, triaging, investigating, and resolving complex requests
- Provide timely communication to customers and escalate issues to the Engineering team as needed
- Document investigations, manage customer cases, and create Knowledge Base content
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a highly technical support role for enterprise customers
- 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Linux, GitHub, Helm Charts, and Terraform
- Startup experience preferred
