Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve all customer-facing documentation, including Help topics and release notes
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research and content creation, ensuring clarity and customer empathy
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to maintain accurate and aligned documentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven technical writing experience in fintech or SaaS
• Strong belief in AI as a productivity enhancer and understanding of human-AI collaboration
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables with minimal guidance
• Understanding of Agile software development practices
• Experience with documentation systems like Zendesk and Markdown
