Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation across the product ecosystem
• Lead documentation work streams for major product releases and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Implement AI-powered documentation workflows and develop strategies for translating complex concepts into clear guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of technical writing experience in SaaS environments, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Experience documenting APIs and complex technical workflows for varied audiences
• Proficiency with modern documentation platforms and docs-as-code workflows
• Experience with process documentation, including workflow mapping and change management
