About the Role As a Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering critical threat intelligence to clients, driving informed decision-making, and taking targeted action against cyber threats. You will serve as a conduit to Mandiant’s vast network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and information operations experts, working closely with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Connect threat intelligence to foster a deep understanding of adversary actions, motivations, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Perform strategic, tactical, and operational research and analysis of malicious cyber threats and threat actors, staying ahead of emerging trends and threats. Assess current and emerging tools and best practices for tracking advanced threats, and develop expertise in threat actor TTPs, motivations, industry, and patterns. Prepare and deliver high-quality briefings and reports to clients’ executives, security teams, and individual investigators, communicating complex threat intelligence insights effectively. Present strategic and tactical threat intelligence to various audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, and convey the significance of findings and recommendations. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a threat intelligence role, preferably in a client-facing environment. Hands-on experience with CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence) processes and applications in one or more of the following areas: Identify, Protect, Respond, or Recover. A proven track record of partner management, leading, presenting, and reporting to diverse audiences, including executives. US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Clearance with polygraph. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you will ideally possess: Experience in the utilization, processing, and analysis of tactical (technical) CTI within an operational environment, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities. A deep understanding of CTI approaches and application concepts, with the ability to mentor and guide junior CTI colleagues. The capacity to transform raw data from various sources into actionable reports and briefings. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to navigate complex, ambiguous topics, build consensus, and influence stakeholders. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
