Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the experience across the portfolio of products
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of product designers, researchers, and UX writers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver exceptional user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading teams in a design organization, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Proven success in delivering high-quality consumer or B2B2C digital products at scale
• Deep understanding of design thinking, UX best practices, and user research methodologies
• Experience with design systems and cross-platform UX
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, capable of representing design at the executive level
