Key Responsibilities

• Own content creation for specific product areas within TurboTax Assisted
• Collaborate with a creative team to shape the customer-driven narrative across the product
• Incorporate design strategy, data insights, and research findings into content decisions

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in UX writing for software products
• Proficient in UX writing and content design skills
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage projects independently and work within tight deadlines
• Previous experience in tax, customer service, or fintech industries is preferred
