Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to lead strategic research and design initiatives for their Employee Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of user experiences and explore the needs and motivations of target users
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand potential problem spaces
• Lead discovery with Product Management partners and create user flows, experience maps, and prototypes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of user experience research methodologies and design principles
• Proficient in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the insurance industry or insurance technology is a plus
