Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to lead strategic research and design for their Employee Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of user experiences and explore the needs and motivations of target users
• Collaboratively lead discovery with Product Management partners to gather and analyze user data
• Own workstreams from strategic planning through design hand-off and post-release testing

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments
• Proficient in user experience research methodologies and design principles
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work 100% remotely or from an office
