Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to enhance user experiences for its mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UI Designers to design user experiences for internal customers
• Create and iterate on interaction designs through user flows and wireframes based on user needs
• Conduct user research and testing to evaluate current experiences and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX experience with Agile product teams
• Formal education in Human Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience designing for native mobile applications (iOS and Android)
• Proficiency in wireframing, design, and testing tools
• Work samples demonstrating user empathy and the ability to balance user needs with technical considerations
