Senior UX Research Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute usability studies, interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather valuable insights
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Analyze and interpret user research data to generate actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in UX research and usability testing
• Proficient in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Experience with user testing tools and platforms (e.g., UsabilityHub, UserZoom)
• Knowledge of UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
