Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead their global Financial Planning & Analysis function.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the finance lead for the COO and CCO, managing budgets and providing strategic guidance
• Collaborate with project management to enhance financial performance and profitability
• Lead financial forecasting and modeling to support strategic planning and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Extensive experience managing project financials in pharma services or similar industries
• Experience in a high-growth, private equity-backed environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on automation and digital transformation
