Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and implementation using React/Next.js for an open-access platform
• Establish and maintain frontend development best practices and processes
• Collaborate with external designers and contractors to deliver accessible, inclusive interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 7-8 years of frontend development experience, primarily in JavaScript/CSS
• Strong experience with React and Next.js
• Some backend experience (Ruby, Python, or similar)
• Experience working with designers and translating designs into production code
• Track record at early to medium-stage startups
