Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
- One year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Inbound call center experience preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and support customers using software applications
- Ability to work an 11-8 pm shift one day a week after training
