Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Representative to provide high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive support to customers with complex issues
  • Manage inbound support calls and emails, maintaining accountability for customer experience
  • Document issues and collaborate with internal departments for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
  • One year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Inbound call center experience preferred
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and support customers using software applications
  • Ability to work an 11-8 pm shift one day a week after training
