Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Center Technician to assist customers with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assistance to all callers in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free manner
  • Process work in associated work queues to meet service level agreements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1 year experience in the insurance industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate in General Insurance designation preferred
  • Data entry skills
  • Knowledge of personal computers
