A company is looking for a Service Center Technician to assist customers with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to all callers in an easy-to-understand, jargon-free manner
- Process work in associated work queues to meet service level agreements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1 year experience in the insurance industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate in General Insurance designation preferred
- Data entry skills
- Knowledge of personal computers
