Service Contract Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Contract Associate to join their Vehicle Service Contract team.

Key Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls regarding low exposure, low complexity, mechanical breakdown claims
• Determine applicable contractual coverage and negotiate costs for repairs or replacements
• Ensure timely resolution of claims through proactive communication and adherence to customer protocols

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 2+ years in the Automotive repair area, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year of experience, or completion of an approved Apprenticeship program with an Associate Degree and 1+ year of experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
