Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Agent I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 100% phone support (inbound and outbound) and first level assistance via phone and email
  • Resolve and/or escalate incidents and service requests while ensuring professional and timely handling
  • Document and update tickets based on user interactions and communicate technical information in non-technical language
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Minimum of 2 years technical writing experience
  • Experience using Service Desk ticketing software
  • Basic understanding of networking
