Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Agent I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 100% phone support (inbound and outbound) and first level assistance via phone and email
- Resolve and/or escalate incidents and service requests while ensuring professional and timely handling
- Document and update tickets based on user interactions and communicate technical information in non-technical language
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum of 2 years technical writing experience
- Experience using Service Desk ticketing software
- Basic understanding of networking
