Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Tier 1) to provide technical support remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to corporate clients
  • Troubleshoot and assist users with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products
  • Handle 50-60 technical issues per day efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
  • 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365
  • Experience with service desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with remote access tools and troubleshooting connectivity issues
