Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via phone, e-mail, and chat to corporate clients
- Troubleshoot and assist users with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products
- Handle 50-60 technical issues per day efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Trade School Certificate or Associate Degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in a call center or service desk environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Office 365
- Experience with service desk ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Familiarity with remote access tools and troubleshooting connectivity issues
