ServiceNow Librarian

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow (SNOW) Librarian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the ServiceNow service catalog structure, categories, workflows, and items
• Work with service owners and business units to onboard new service catalog items and retire outdated services
• Perform quality assurance reviews of catalog content for completeness and usability

Required Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly the Service Catalog module
• Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
• Familiarity with service request workflows and automation in ServiceNow
• Experience with data governance or content management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred
