Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and documentation related to ServiceNow Logik.ai
• Design, develop, and configure workflows and dashboards
• Provide ongoing support and configuration for ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Logik.ai is essential
• ServiceNow certifications: CAD, CSA, CIS (x2)
• Part-time availability (around 20 hours per week)
• Strong consultancy skills
