Job Summary

A company is looking for a Short-term Labeling Operator without experience (Fluent German Language).

Key Responsibilities

• Review real user search queries and associated job-posting results generated by the Client's beta AI solution
• Label each posting's relevance and likelihood of application according to provided rubrics
• Apply and document robust QA practices to ensure annotation quality and collaborate with the Client's data-science team

Required Qualifications

• Expertise with professional annotation tools or ability to learn quickly
• Secure remote-access readiness on Windows or macOS
• Comfort with Git-based version-control workflows
• Fluent in German and English at a native or advanced level
