Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute code to enhance the scalability and reliability of OpenShift managed cloud services
• Participate in software testing and peer reviews to improve code quality
• Resolve escalated customer issues and engage in sustainable incident response practices

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of software engineering experience in languages such as Python, Golang, Java, C, or C++
• 3+ years managing Linux-based systems in public cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• 1+ year experience with Kubernetes and delivering hosted cloud services
• Solid understanding of standard TCP/IP networking and common protocols like DNS and HTTP
