A company is looking for a SOC Technical Writer to support documentation and business processes within the Security Operations Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and standardize documentation such as incident response plans, playbooks, and reports
- Assist in defining and measuring SOC SLAs and create formal documentation to support SOC operations
- Conduct business and process analysis, and coordinate project tasks and priorities with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience as a technical writer, specifically in a SOC environment
- Proven ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of project management and incident escalation processes
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all tasks
