Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and KPI structures across multiple verticals
- Deliver data-driven performance insights for content across various social media platforms
- Mentor and manage junior analysts while creating post-campaign recaps and conducting segmentation analysis
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in social, content, or marketing analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (or R), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of social and community platforms such as Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Experience in translating data into insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
