Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex application software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, document, and test complex software applications in alignment with established development standards
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing applications to ensure continued alignment with user and business needs
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand system requirements and create detailed design documents

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience developing software applications and APIs using Visual Studio, .NET Framework 4.6.1, .NET 8, and Entity Framework
• Skilled in writing testable code, unit testing, and integration testing
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps Services and GIT, including branching, merging, and version control
• Hands-on experience migrating APIs from .NET Framework 4 to .NET 8
• Familiarity with Oracle as a database repository
