Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer 3-1.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an Agile development team to enhance the Over the Road product suite
• Utilize modern technology to improve app value, quality, stability, and performance
• Take ownership of team outcomes and advocate for team decisions while balancing speed and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline
• Experience developing in C++/C#/Java and hands-on experience with Perl, Python, Informix, and Postgres
• Good experience with REST API development and server/daemon development
• Experience in writing modern software deployed in the cloud and familiarity with encryption schemes and modern APIs
• Experience working on Agile teams to deliver software iteratively
