Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team in developing and enhancing their SaaS platform services.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage an engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals and resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 5+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready cloud-based systems
• Solid understanding of modern design patterns and the full development lifecycle
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with authentication/authorization protocols (OIDC, SAML, OAuth2)
