Software Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a team of developers in enhancing Financial Markets software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of software developers, including hiring and performance reviews
• Drive the technical vision and develop an architectural roadmap for the products
• Develop and refine development processes, ensuring collaboration with internal groups

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role
• Strong experience with modern web development technologies, including Java and Spring Framework
• Proven experience in designing and building SaaS applications
• Deep understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies and CI/CD
