Job Summary

• Act as the technical expert and facilitator, translating business requirements into actionable development tasks
• Maintain a hands-on technical role, contributing to code development within each two-week sprint

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in C# and the broader Microsoft development stack
• Demonstrated management and organizational experience leading a software development team
• Direct experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment
• Proven history integrating and utilizing Angular in professional projects
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote work with required days in the Houston office
