Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Manager to lead a cross-functional team in building and scaling data-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-velocity engineering team focused on P&L outcomes
• Deliver AI/NLP solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce handling time
• Automate returns processes and scale prototypes into production-ready systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong backend/systems background with full-stack experience (Python, React, Django)
• Applied NLP experience preferred
• Experience with CRM systems or B2C/eCommerce is beneficial
• Ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
