Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to an application development team, including resource planning and performance management
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related quantitative field
• 5 years of progressive work experience in Systems Programming, Software Development, or Technical Project Management
• 2 years of project management experience using structured development methodologies
• Experience in leading technical requirements gathering and development processes
• Knowledge of architectural disciplines, including cloud engineering and design best practices
