Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to develop and maintain applications for managing commercial insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code primarily in TypeScript
• Participate in peer code reviews and collaborate with product management and design teams
• Assist in shaping the design and architecture of scalable systems and resolve production issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience with proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript
• Understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, focusing on code quality and secure development
• Understanding of CI/CD best practices and experience in continuous integration/delivery
