Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer to join their Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Help architect, build, and scale the lender-borrower relationship platform for the debt capital markets
• Design, product manage, and test early features for the system
• Contribute to team growth by interviewing candidates, mentoring new engineers, and documenting procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building web applications independently
• Experience with Node.js, React, GraphQL, and AWS is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with Business, Design, and Product teams
• Strong understanding of structured finance and technology standardization
• Passionate about recruiting, training, and mentoring engineers
