Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process mapping and discovery by interviewing stakeholders to understand workflows
• Develop and iterate AI workflows using the internal platform, ensuring production readiness
• Run tests, debug agent behavior, and optimize workflows for efficiency and reliability

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or nearing completion, recent graduate
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript preferred)
• Comfortable with APIs, data structures, and writing efficient code
• Ability to translate ambiguous business processes into logical workflows
• Fast learner with a bias towards execution and iteration in a startup environment
