Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Development Program - Software Engineer (2026).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month rotation program with core and flex rotations focusing on various technology areas
• Engage in problem-solving across data, software, and foundational engineering disciplines
• Gain hands-on experience with modern programming languages, cloud environments, and Agile development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or completion of a coding bootcamp
• Exposure to modern programming languages and cloud tools
• Understanding of Agile development and version control systems
• Participation in Boot Camps or Capstone Engagements is preferred
