• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience with ITIL Service Management framework and SDLC
• 2+ years of risk management experience
• 2+ years of experience with Release and Change Management
• 1+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub) and configuration management
